such information is held in strict confidence by us and will only
be released upon specific instructions from the client concerned or

access the website, except where personal information is voluntarily
supplied, for example where you contact us or provide feedback to
us. In that case we may collect personal information such as details

Technology or our services.

and any other information sent to Craven Technology by you or otherwise
obtained by Craven Technology about you may be processed by Craven

9. If you advise Craven Technology that your personal information
is not accurate, complete and up to date then Craven Technology will
take reasonable steps to correct the information. Craven Technology
may charge a reasonable fee for providing a copy of your personal
information and undertaking corrections at your request.
